CyCLO – Pedaling Social Change Through Circular Mobility
CyCLO is a Brussels-based social enterprise dedicated to promoting cycling by focusing on bike maintenance and repair, reuse, and cycling culture more generally. Recognised by the Brussels-Capital Region as a Local Employment Development Initiative, CyCLO operates multiple bike service points near train stations, offering repairs, rentals, and information about mobility in Brussels.
Through its ReBike project, CyCLO refurbishes abandoned bicycles, extending their lifespan and reducing waste. By combining environmental sustainability with social inclusion, CyCLO exemplifies how grassroots initiatives can drive circular economy practices while empowering local communities.
